What is a long term commercial kitchen?
A long term kitchen fully compliant with environmental health
standards and regulations that is used for daily production of
food and available to hire on a monthly basis.
How much is it?

What is the minimum time I can hire the kitchen?
Minimum 3 months.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
3 month deposit and 1 month in advance.
When do I have to pay?
We will send a monthly invoice for your unit and utilities.
What capital or equipment costs will I incur?
No infrastructure cost of extraction, gas, electric, water,
hygienically cladded walls or floors. The only cost for you is
the equipment specific to your production.
Do you provide utensils?
No. Clients bring their own.
Do I have to register the unit with the local council?
Yes. Registration with Ealing Council for Coronation road and Brent Council for Cumberland Ave
council is necessary for food production. This takes 10 days and is mandatory.
