Storage Hire FAQ
- What is the minimum time I can hire the storage?
1 month.
- Do I have to pay a deposit?
1 month deposit and 1 month in advance.
- When do I have to pay?
Monthly invoice is sent to you, with an additional electrical utility bill for cold storage rooms.
- Do you have any equipment to off-load goods?
Yes we have pallet truck, trolleys and fork lift.
- Do the units come with shelving?
No, however if you have a specific requirement you can discuss this with us.
- Can our staff accept deliveries to be placed in your unit?
Yes, Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm however there is a charge per pallet and delivery plus we do require 1 day's notice.
- What are the accessibility hours?
Once signed up you have 24-hour access as you are issued your own access fob and key to the unit.
- Are there any pest control measures if storing food?
Yes, communal pest control for the building.
- Who do I contact to make a booking?
Contact us to rent a storage unit and we will check availability.
