Do cold storage units to rent in London have a minimum or maximum contract?

Business needs change all the time, so we don’t believe in tying our clients down to lengthy contracts when they might not need them. We offer flexible long-term, monthly and weekly cold room hire, which you can adapt and extend in line with your requirements.

How much does cold storage cost?

We pride ourselves on providing cheap cold rooms in London. Our units are available for £400 per month, plus VAT and metered utilities, so you only pay for what you use.

How much does a commercial kitchen cost to rent?

Commercial kitchen costs depend on your circumstances – you don’t want to be paying for space you don’t use. Our commercial kitchen rates are based on the size unit you occupy. For our smallest 350 sq ft kitchen, prices start from £1,800 per month, plus VAT and utilities.
